Library Synthesis
Estimated output based on routine peptide sequence:
Item | <10 AAs | 10-20 AAs | 20-30 AAs |
---|---|---|---|
Number of Peptides | 48 peptides in parallel synthesis | ||
Delivery Time | <8 days | <12 days | <20 days |
▸
Peptide Companion Prediction-assisted assessment can be applied prior to automated synthesis.
▸ Insoluble (and/or expensive) AAs (building blocks) are not recommended for automated synthesis. ▸ The microwave-assisted synthesizer excels in facilitating difficult peptide synthesis. ▸ The combination of automated and manual synthesis is employed to expedite the process of long peptide synthesis and enhance the success rate. |
Note:
1. Turnaround time may be extended for orders exceeding 48 peptides, sequences with high N-Me content, challenging modifications, or salt exchange requirements.
2. The turnaround time encompasses all business days from order confirmation to completion, excluding shipping duration.
3. Additional services, such as TFA removal and analytical HPLC, are available at an extra cost.

Cyclic Peptide Synthesis
Cyclization is a prevalent strategy employed to enhance the pharmacological properties of a peptide from its linear precursor. These enhancements may include improved affinity and specificity, proteolytic stability, and/or solubility.
Our team possesses a wealth of experience in cyclic peptide synthesis, having successfully delivered over 100,000 cyclic peptides.
We utilize a variety of cyclization strategies such as single/double/triple disulfide, click cyclization, lactone, lactam, and RCM. The possible cyclization positions include head-to-tail, head-to-sidechain, sidechain-to-sidechain, and sidechain-to-tail.
Experience in:
- Disulfide Peptide (single/double/ triple disulfide)
- Thioether Cyclization
- Lactam Cyclization
- Lactone Cyclization
- Click Peptide
- RCM Cyclization
- Bicyclic Peptide
Bicyclo-disulfide Bridge
(Three pairs of S-S bond formation achieved as well)
RCM Monocyclic Peptide

Modified Peptide Synthesis
We offer a comprehensive range of specialized modifications to meet your specific requirements. These include N-terminal modifications, C-terminal modifications, dye/fluorescent labeling, biotin-labeling, PEGylation, post-translational modifications, DOTA/NOTA labeling, and isotope labeling.
Beyond sidechain and backbone modifications, we are also capable of incorporating unnatural amino acids into the sequences. For more information on our catalog of unnatural amino acid products, please visit here.
